For New Applicant

Before filling out the online application form a new applicant needs to register himself/herself on the portal using a valid email-id and phone number by clicking on the "New Registration" button. The applicants are advised to use their own email id and either own or parent's mobile number. This email-id and phone number will be used for further official communication. Also note that one mobile number and email-id can be used by one applicant only.

New Applicant

After successful registration, the applicant has to login using his/her registered phone number and created password to fill up the Online Application Form. They must provide all the necessary information in the process. Until final submission of the application form applicants can modify their details and change uploaded documents, if required. Please note that applicants will NOT be able to make any kind of changes to their information and uploaded documents after final submission.

New Applicant

All the documents should be in JPG, JPEG or PNG image format and the file size should be less than 500KB.
The applicant has to upload scanned copies of his/her Photograph, Signature, Last Examination Marksheet, Last Examination Certificate (not mandatory), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate (not mandatory), First page of Bank Passbook (either applicant's or parent's), Domicile State Certificate (PRC/Voter ID, NRC/AADHAAR card/BPL Card of family/Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/Passport of self or parents) etc.
